iPad 2 Debut March 11
Steve Jobs yesterday unveiled the iPad 2 will launch in the US on March 11, and in 26 more countries on March 25.
The redesigned iPad 2 now equipped with dual cameras for the FaceTime feature, a dual-core A5 processor, a specially designed Smart Cover and a thinner and lighter device. Available in black and white, iPad 2 will retail at the same price as it's predecessor.
Quotes from Jobs during the presentation, "People laughed at us for using the word magical, but you know what? It's turned out to be magical, right? People weren't sure that it was an unbelievable price, but, let me tell you, ask our competitors now." "But we haven't been resting on our laurels," he added, declaring 2011 "the year of iPad 2."
