Magik Markers - Balf Quarry
Magik Markers is an experimental noise rock band started in a basement in 2001. If you're up for some noise action, we truly feel this is a gutsy one to explore.
The band gained favorable reputation after opening for Sonic Youth in 2004, and was later signed to Thurston Moore's label Estatic Peace!. They have released a handsful of LPs, EPs and split albums.
On April 2009, the band will unveil another new release tentatively titled Balf Quarry with Drag City. Recorded by award winning producer Scott Colburn.
