Helsinki Announce Debut Album
All the way from the Irish land, a new musical side-project has been developed by bassist of Babyshambles Drew McConnell known as Helsinki.
An initiative to allow McConnell to perform songs aside from his duties with Babyshambles and Mongrel, Helsinki sees participating crews from other groups including The Noisettes, Pan I Am, The Strokes, Fionn Regan and Kid Harpoon.
McConnell have announced the will to release a debut album under his new project, and is in the midst of finishing the album for a year-end release.
A new video featuring his song Ribtickling was released, and is viewable exclusively at NME.
