Conor Oberst and The Mystic Valley Band - Outer South

American singer/songwriter Conor Oberst and his backing band The Mystic Valley Band unveils their second studio album titled Outer South due out on May 5 through Merge Records, their second with the label.

The new album features dozens of new tracks featuring not only Oberst's writing skills and compositions, but also share contributions from the other bandmates.

The Mystic Valley Band comprise of Taylor Hollingsworth, Nik Freitas, Macey Taylor, Nathaniel Walcott (Bright Eyes) and Jason Boesel (Rilo Kiley). Oberst is also a member of Bright Eyes.
