Astronautalis - Pomegranate

Andy Bothwell sounds just like any common name, perhaps you might know him better by his stage name, Astronautalis, a hip hop artist from Jacksonville, Florida built with talents and ideas.

Released two full length albums with Fighting Records previously, this time he returns with his third Pomegranate, set to take off the streets on September 23 through his new label Eyeball Records.

Another hip hop-based artist noted for blending styles of indie rock and electro with hip hop. Impressive.

Handpicking members from The Polyphonic Spree, Midlake and The Paperchase, he composed this indescribably diverse album under the guidance of Grammy nominated producer and engineer John Congleton (Explosions In The Sky, The Polyphonic Spree, Modest Mouse).
