Wyclef Jean and Timberland Saves The Planet
Award winning musician Wyclef Jean announced the partnership with boot professionals Timberland to produce a set of eco-friendly footwear in support to the reforestation in Haiti.
Over 10 models will debut in this project, all made out of recycled and organic materials. Each pair sold will contribute $2 to Jean's Yéle Haiti Foundation on behalf of the funding to the campaign. Timberland will also sell t-shirts designed by Haitian children, organic-made shirts and hats available exclusively at Jean's gigs.
Going on sale in November.
