Yuri Lane and Y-Love - Count It (Sefira)

Brooklyn's Orthodox rapper Y-Love and San Francisco beatbox superstar Yuri Lane is proud to present an all acapella album featuring 7 tracks of non-instrumental music, just plain efforts using their mouth as the equipment to make music.

Y-Love contributed on the lyrics and Yuri Lane was in-charged of keeping the beat running.

"It's just me and a beatboxer, kosher for all weeks of the year, because between Pesach and Shavuot you're not supposed to listen to musical instruments. So we wanted to make a CD that everybody could appreciate. We got the sickest beatboxer, Yuri Lane. Basically, if you give me 28 minutes, I give you the year. I go through all of the different chagim (holidays) and do songs based on each," said Y-Love in an interview.

One of the sickest human beatboxing plus punchy rhymes album of the year. Count It (Sefira) is now available for purchase.
