Future Clouds and Radar - Peoria

Austin-based eclectic art-pop quartet Future Clouds and Radar unleashed a brand new album titled Peoria released on November 4 on The Star Apple Kingdom.

A follow-up release to last year's exciting self-titled double-disc album, the band continues to upbring brand new tunes to fans.

Where the first album showed Robert Harrison as the central figure in a large musical cast, FC&R's latest offering finds the core band focusing their kaleidoscopic vision into a single cinematic narrative about the illusory nature of mortality. Throughout, Harrison stays true to his genre-hopping eclecticism, leading the journey through a maze of fuzz-box vocals and ethereal keys.

Rather reckless of us to miss this one in our inbox for weeks, as it would be a huge waste if we did not run through them. FC&R's songs are well-crafted and beautifully performed. The rhythms are distinctively melodic and tenderly. I strongly suggest you to listen to The Epcot View.
