One of the greatest rock band in history, The Strokes returns with a brand new album titled Angles, due out in March 21 through Rough Trade.

It's the band's first ever new record since their last album in 2006, in between the period members of the band had their solo projects going on such as Julian Casablancas' solo debut Phrazes for the Young, Albert Hammond Jr's Yours to Keep and ¿Cómo Te Llama?, Nikolai Fraiture's Nickel Eye project, and Nick Valensi contributions to other artists like Devendra Banhart.

The ten track album was recorded at Hammond's home studio and produced by the band. The first single Under Cover of Darkness was released recently and is currently offered as a free download on their website as part of the promotion package. The band will also embark in a series of headline shows, the schedule can be found on their page as well.
