My Education - Bad Vibrations

Austin-based instrumental rock band My Education will release a new full length album entitled Bad Vibrations on June 10 under Strange Attractors Audio House.

Fans of instrumental post rock icons like Mogwai, Explosions In The Sky, Mono and Dirty Three might be interested in them.

There are uncountable bands out there in the scene experimenting and applying with instruments like violin, viola, vibraphone, saxophone and others. The question is, how many can do it right and sound good? My Education are one of them that achieved that success.

The band have received overwhelming reviews based on several media reports, and one of them was Rolling Stones commenting on the band's music after an 'accidental discovery' of My Education, "Swirling and swaying and leading your ears and your soul into a trippy, calm world, where the sky is glowing a beautiful shade of pink and the sun is always setting on a cold winter's eve."
