Black Cab Sessions

I was running through YouTube just awhile go, and I came across something really unique and interesting and I think you should find out about it too.

One song, one take, in one black cab. Black Cab Sessions feature all sorts of talented individuals from different backgrounds performing live inside a black cab while cruising around the city until the session ends. An initiative by Just So Films and Hidden Fruit, the team has featured artists including The National, Freddie Stevenson, Daniel Johnston, The Mules, The New Pornographers, Laura Marling, The Raveonettes, Okkervil River and Benjamin Zephaniah which achieved 190,000 hits and became the Number 1 Video on YouTube's Global Homepage.

There are currently 30 chapters at the moment. You can check all of them here. By any chance you want to see your favorite band perform in a black cab, you can always drop the team a note getting them to do so. I, personally wanna see Thom Yorke in it. Can I?

Check out the sessions from Freddie Stevenson, The National and The Raveonettes.
