Lightspeed Champion - Life is Sweet! Nice to Meet You

British composer Devonte Hynes, or rather best known as his stage name Lightspeed Champion is set for a major return with his follow-up album to last year's debut Falling off the Lavender Bridge.

The forthcoming release, Life is Sweet! Nice to Meet You is scheduled to officially hit stores on February 1 through Domino Records.

Worked with producer Ben Allen on this one since late 2008, the album features 15 new compositions with the lead single Marlene. Briefly looking at Marlene alone, we felt the whole album may have a great amount of riffs and leads impact on it, a little bit 'wildish', something rather 'rock n' roll', as compared to the previous release.
