Okkervil River - The Stand Ins

One of our favorite music icons that adhered on to our playlist all these while, American indie rock outfit Okkervil River released their latest effort entitled The Stand Ins, a follow-up to their 2007's The Stage Names, which made an enormous impression to music critics.

The 11-track album was released on September 9 through Jagjaguwar.

To commemorate this release, the band invited several performers to record cover versions of each song from the album. Some of them include A.C Newman, David Vandervelde, Jack Ladder, Bon Iver, Bird Of Youth and Ola Podrida. You can view them all over here.
