TAO Comme des Garçons Fall/Winter 2009 Collection

Japanese fashion designer Tao Kurihara first joined Comme des Garçons after graduating from London-based Central Saint Martins College of Art & Design in 1997. After spending 8 years working with Junya Watanabe and her own label, she was given the opportunity to create her own CDG collection in 2005.

Tao Comme des Garçons Fall/Winter 2009 collection was recently made available in-stores and we have to agree the line is extremely impressive. Inspired by printed and embroidered traditional costumes of Eastern Europe in a palette of red, white and black.
