Broken Records - Until The Earth Begins To Part

After several EPs released down the road since formation, Scottish 'indie-folk' team Broken Records are settling with their debut album titled Until The Earth Begins To Part, set for a June 1 release through 4AD.

Aside from the usage of the standard equipments by a band, they have involved other orchestral instruments like violin, cello and accordian in their music.

They have named their influences include Nick Cave, Jeff Buckley, Dirty Three, Tom Waits, Godspeed You Black Emperor, Neutral Milk Hotel, Beirut, among others. Though we think with these influences any music won't turn out that bad.
