Mishka NYC Holiday 2010 Lookbook

Mishka NYC is proud to present their lookbook for Holiday 2010, the collection slated to debut on November 26.

The Holiday 2010 collection is an understated and dignified mixture of preppy and goth for the kids who are still dark but can’t return to vampire fangs and black trenchcoats. The air is cold and crisp. You can be cold and crisp, too. You want to be cold, crisp and dark.

Knitted sweaters and cardigans are definitely the must haves from the collection, of course the zip-ups, jackets, peacoats and parkas are not far away from the gorgeous. Other highly interested ones include their accessories line.

Efterklang featuring Efterkids

Danish indie rock outfit Efterklang launched a new program, Efterkids, an effort to encourage music in public schools.

The intention of Efterkids is to raise awareness for the need for music in public education, and also to help raise fund for specific schools that are setting the standards for combining academic and artistic excellence.

Earlier this year, Efterklang performed two songs with the talented students of New York's Special Music School.

Definitely must watch as it gave us a lot of inspiration to do something similar for the public.

Curated by Arkitip - Incase x Jose Parla

Since the launch of Curated by Arkitip project, it has attracted incredible amount of great participation by some of the finest names in art including KRINK, Parra, Steven Harrington and Andre.

The next installment introduced under the umbrella will be Brooklyn-based artist Jose Parla. An artist who records his experiences in forms of calligraphic and palimpsestic code, serving as a collection of textually chronicled memories, the markings appear on backdrops that resemble the distressed surfaces he encounters. As a storyteller, Parla presents an enigmatic narrative, translating moments that only a visual dialogue can convey.

Parla contributed three designs on three Incase items - a Slider Case for iPhone 4, a laptop sleeve and a convertible book jacket for iPad.

The Slider Case features durable hardshell construction, interior rubber guardrails for shock absorption and direct access to all device features.


The laptop sleeve features premium pebbled leather construction, suede lining and custom Parla-branded zipper pulls.


The Convertible Book Jacket ofers complete iPad protection and enhanced functionality and opens to convert into a stand with multiple viewing positions. Made of premium pebbled leather construction and suede lining for scratch protection.

Futura 'EL Pointman' iPhone 4 Case

Futura Laboratories made the iPhone 4 case featuring the print of it's iconic EL Pointman on multi-colored stripe. Now available at Stless.

Jun Watanabe x UBIQ eL

UBIQ and Japanese graphic designer Jun Watanabe teamed up for another sneaker collaboration release, this time based on the eL model.

Their earlier work which featured on the Fatima model wasn't too exciting, however, the eL featured this time of the year has attracted us with this brilliant piece of artwork.


Leopard print, stripe pattern and leather buckles are the main attraction. The eL sneaker gets a matching companion pouch, made by Mei.

Jil Sander Fall/Winter 2010 Classic Fitting Shirt

Neighborhood x Porter Fall/Winter 2010 Small Leather Goods

Neighborhood and Porter continued their collaboration to work on a series of small leather goods for their Fall/Winter 2010 range.

Made of quality leather patterned with wingtip detailing, the range include wallets and card holders.

Undefeated Holiday 2010 'Play Dirty' Accessories

Fans of Undefeated, you probably love to have one of these. Just like any other labels out there whose attracting a great amount of fan base with unique accessories that probably may come in handy while on the go, Undefeated played their card on a couple of interesting items, those of which include a water bottle, a key chain and a bottle opener.

The key chain features the five strike logo, the baseball bat bottle opener seems dashing, and of course, the water bottle is very useful to everyone. Only we wished there were other color options instead of the black.

Deluxe x Vans Chukka 'Croc'

Vans invited Japanese clothing brand Deluxe to produce a special edition of it's Chukka. Built on crocodile leather uppers matching with white bottom sole and toe cap, red leather detailing on the back side, and lastly, an awkward pink leather lining.

sak for Converse Star Tech

Having produced a series of divining sneakers in the past years, Converse unveiled their new chapter of collaboration with Florence-based sak. The silhouette presented this time was the Star Tech, vintage leather uppers with master hand-stitched craftsmanship.

Created by Japanese footwear designer Ryusaku Hiruma, his unique and modern sensibility blends with his unmistakable skill and artistry.

Creating coveted versions of Converse’s most recognizable styles, Hiruma has carefully replicated the silhouette of the Chuck Taylor All Star, Jack Purcell, One Star –and now the Star Tech shoe.



The sak for Converse Star Tech shoe comes in natural shades of tan and black leather with hand cut logos and detailing for the shoes uppers. The attention to detail includes elegant hand-stitched leather rands and toe bumpers and charming touches such as a hand-cut star cut out gracing the ends of each shoe’s leather laces.

Only 64 pairs were made, and it's retailing for $600, exclusively available only in the United States at selected stores only - those of which are John Varvatos (Bowery and Soho), Aloha Rag, Concepts and Blends.

Bang & Olufsen BeoSound 8

Danish electronics manufacturer Bang & Olufsen unveiled their first iPod speaker dock, known as the BeoSound 8.

Featuring 70w active speakers, the design is adequately sleek in style fitting the proper expectations of a docking station. The BeoSound 8 is probably an electrifying accessory to style your room.

Compatible with most of the iPod range, iPad and iPhone as well.

If you do not own the iPod, the built-in USB port and aux-in connectivity gives you other options for quality music experience. Available in black and white, the interchangeable colored decals for the speaker plates keeps the speakers interesting.

Available beginning late November 2010.

Lacoste Legends 'The Power of 12'

Lacoste is proud to present the Legends "The Power of 12" sneaker series, a collection of 12 dashing sneakers improvised with a little assistance from various contributors from various industries, those of which including the fashion, music, entertainment and media networks.

This special series features the application of existing Lacoste silhouettes with the interpretation of each contributor's taste and style.

The contributors are American designer Tim Hamilton, global sneaker magazine Sneaker Freaker, British fashion magazine i-D, Parisian luxury boutique colette, Hermès creative director Christophe Lemaire, Boston-based sneaker boutique Bodega, Japanese designer Ato Matsumoto, independent record label Stones Throw, Japanese sneaker magazine Shoe Master, French multi-instrumentalist Sebastien Tellier, Soul II Soul founding member Jazzie B and Hong Kong's fashion chain D-Mop.

Featured silhouettes include the Cabestan, Broadwick, Esteban, Chevel, Indiana Hi, Leighton and Rene.

We're extremely interested over this project, and we're definitely looking forward to spot it in stores. Release date speculate to be on December 12. Hunt it down fellas.

Supreme Nike SB 94

Showing love to their long-time collaborators, Nike SB invited Supreme to produce a mid-top skate shoe known as the Supreme Nike SB 94.

Past works between both companies are styling on existing silhouettes, but this time it's something different; an effort to develop and design a new model for maximum skating comfort. Incorporates the inclusion of the Foamposite technology around the heel cup, and the favorable Zoom Air technology, elements were inspired by vintage basketball sneakers.

Made with the mix of leather, suede and rubber, the materials considered the functionality of a skate shoe to provide the perfect solution to skating. Aside from that, the sole were engineered with an optimal grip profile.









This will be available at selected stockists from November 11 onwards. Check with your local retailers on availability. Suggested retail price $128 in the US.

Asics Gel Yeti Indy

Check this hot shizzle one out. Asics introduced the all new Gel-Yeti Indy, an avant-garde piece out of the extraordinary release ever seen from the footwear company.
