This is one gorgeous-looking pair of Ubiq eL, customized by artists Lazy and Darbotz. Lazy contributed his skills on the strap with some pleasant carved patterns. Whereas Darbotz supplied his artistic talents on the inner sole and the casing with his impressive artwork. Curious to know what I'm flattering about. Check it out here!

Converse 1HUND(RED) - Dr. Romanelli, Jeremyville, Scott Patt & Umbereen Qureshi

Converse 1HUND(RED) Artists is a year long global project to support it's long term partnership with (PRODUCT) RED, also to commemorate the brand's 100th anniversary celebration. 100 artists from all over world have been enlisted to create a Converse product to celebrate this campaign. All (PRODUCT) RED goods will donate 10% of the net whole price to the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria.

Sneaker Freaker presented the works of four artists to that collaboration. They are Dr. Romanelli, Jeremyville, Scott Patt and Umbereen Qureshi. Stay tuned for the rest of the collection.

Boo And Boo Too - No Tempo

Boo and Boo Too is an indie noise rock band hailing from Kansas. The band released a self-titled EP in 2007 and is expecting to release their first full length album entitled No Tempo, probably release in mid-2008, with Ironpaw Records.

Put it this way. The new PAVEMENT returns bigger, bolder,louder and noisier! Plug this to the stereos in a joint filled with 90s-inspired rockers, and you will get an earthquake caused from swarming footstomps and sky high jumps. It's just irresistible.

Bridges and Powerlines - Ghost Types

Bridges and Powerlines is an indie rock band from New York. Their first full length debut album entitled Ghost Types are scheduled to release on April 22 under Citybird Records.

The band cited their influences from bands like Pavement, Spoon, Neutral Milk Hotel, Wolf Parade, Built To Spill, Guided By Voices, The Hollies and The Wrens.

"Writing the songs for their debut full-length, Bridges and Powerlines began to notice a recurring motif: the male struggle for maturity despite the persistence of boyhood impulses. The stories that populate "Ghost Types" include a diverse collection of such conflicted protagonists: a depression-era film director, a Bangladeshi cab driver, the captain of a doomed steam ship, and a host of others." - read the complete bio at the band's MySpace page.

We Were The States - Believe The Thieves

We Were The States is a garage rock band from Tennessee, USA. They have named numerous bands like Oasis, The Kinks, The Walkmen, Dandy Warhols, The Pixies and The Misfits as influence to their music path.

In 2007, they signed with Austin indie Chicken Ranch Records, tweaked their sound concept and band's name, and started working on their full length album, Believe The Thieves. The album was released on March 11.

Flat Duo Jets - Two Headed Cow

Two Headed Cow is a 2006 documentary film based on rocker Dexter Romweber and his band Flat Duo Jets directed by Tony Gayton. The companion soundtrack was just recently released by Chicken Ranch Records. Featuring 18 previously unreleased live tracks of FDJ.

FDJ was one of the most influential bands for the past two decades that has inspired musicians today including Cat Power and Neko Case.

Pleasureboaters - ¡Gross!

Pleasureboaters is an indie punk rock band from Seattle. They released their debut album entitled ¡Gross! on February 12 under Don't Stop Believin' Records.

Each of them cultivated a taste for the absurd and fractured underground music that became comprehensively available during the advent of internet file-sharing programs.

They became obsessed with the process of gathering this "new" music that challenged the conventional musicianship learned over a short lifetime of piano lessons, band classes and church choir. - read on at Fanatic.

I recommend this if you're loving stuffs from hardcore post-punk rock pioneers like Fugazi, Sonic Youth and Drive Like Jehu. It's an all-in-one packed punk rock music you ever needed. The combination of thick deep baselines, crunchy riffs and freaky-screamy vox, it's one terrific set to merge with. Impressively done.

Nismo x G-Shock MRG-8000G 'Fair Lady Z'

This has got to be the killer timepiece of the year for Casio. It outshines the rest of the G-Shock releases among of the 25th anniversary collection. Seriously, it does. This is a superb collaboration between Casio and Nissan's in-house tuner brand Nismo, creating this special Fair Lady Z edition on a MRG-8000G timepiece. A slick touch on the black giving it such classy elegant look. It's really limited this one. So if you see it anywhere and you're falling in love with it, don't bother considering, just buy! Adidas Forum 25th Anniversary Collection

It's been 25 years since the existence of adidas's significant basketball shoe model Forum and now the brand is celebrating it's anniversary with a few new releases.

The first Forum to shine is this all-silver release. Limited to 500 pairs worldwide. On this coming April, expect to see four new Forums strictly available only at four retailers, one each, that have been the greatest supporters to the brand since the past 25 years. The stores are Harputs in San Francisco, Walters in Atlanta, Moe's in New York and Puffer Reds in Detroit. Each shoe is limited to 500 pairs only. Check out these shoes below!

New Balance x Green Label Relaxing - CM1400

To those who love kicks with simplicity and those who die for New Balance sneakers, if you're one of them as per described, you ought to check this new release from NB. This is the latest collaboration with United Arrows' sub-brand green label relaxing. This pair of CM1400 features an almost all-white sneaker with a little touch of gray accents around the corner. Using all sorts of different materials from leather to mesh to patent leather. Now available at green label relaxing.

New Balance CM576D - Lux Leather

New Balance presented their new collection of CM576D. The Lux Leather pack is highly inspired by those from the likes of men's traditional leather shoes. NB chose to use premium leather on all parts of the shoe, including the inner lining. Comes in three colorways - black, brown and khaki. One dope collection worth to collect. Via Mita.

We Are Scientists - Brain Thrust Mastery

American indie rock outfit We Are Scientists released their third album on March 17 under Virgin Records.

Drummer Michael Tapper left the band in November 2007. The position is temporarily being filled by Arctic Monkey's Matt Helders.

***WAS temporarily filled by Matt Helders. Now, they brought in two new members to join them. Adam Aaronson on drums and Max Hart on keyboards, guitar and vocals. Big ups to renee for that info...respect***

The band have received several equally-fair reviews from numerous medias on this new album compared to their previous releases. Some suggested it was maybe because of the departure of Tapper, missing the one third of the spirit performing as a band.

Panic At The Disco - Pretty Odd

Panic At The Disco will release their second studio album Pretty Odd on March 25 under DecayDance Records and Fueled By Ramen, labelmates with bands like Fall Out Boy and Gym Class Heroes.

The band have made a fame for themselves with their 2005's debut A Fever You Can't Sweat Out, which did incredibly well reaching the top 20 US Billboard 200. The album has sold over 2.2 million copies worldwide.

The first single from their new album is Nine In The Afternoon.

adidas x Upper Playground - You Ain't Gotta Lie It To Kick It, Volume Three!

Shortly after we posted the latest collaboration between adidas and Upper Playground on their newest effort creating a series of sneaker release titled You Ain't Gotta Lie It To Kick It, we previewed Volume One and Two on the previous post.

Counting Crows - Saturday Nights & Sunday Mornings

Saturday Nights & Sunday Mornings is the fifth album by California's folk rock outfit Counting Crows. One of the bands I rocked and grew up with, Counting Crows is one of the many bands that got me addicted to music so desperately.

The double disc album contains six tracks of pure rock music on disc 1 in describes of Saturday Nights, and disc 2 contains eight tracks leaning towards on a more sentimental, country-like music which stands for Sunday Mornings.

A digital EP that consists of two songs; 1942 and When I Dream Of Michelangelo is provided as a free download at their official site.

Tall Firs - Too Old To Die Young

Tall Firs is an underground electric folk rock band based in New York. They are currently signed with independent record label Ecstatic Peace!, also the record label owned by Sonic Youth's Thurston Moore.

If you're into Sonic Youth and Thurston Moore's stuff, you should check this out as well. It's not much of a difference since the band is under Moore's label. Their musical styles sound something slightly similar to Moore's. Maybe the influence they got from him.
Too Old To Die Young is the latest release from the band.

Five Times August - Brighter Side

Five Times August is the stage name for independent singer/songwriter Brad Skistimas from Austin, Texas. He's reputable for being unsigned to any record labels, despite his numerous releases since 2001. The acoustic-pop gentleman has sold over 100,000 digital downloads without a single help from a record label. His songs are featured on several popular television shows including Laguna Beach and One Tree Hill, and have also appeared on video games.

Brighter Side is his latest album released on March 18.

“Since Five Times August is a solo project I have the freedom to bring in a variety of players to fit each album. It’s great because those different inputs provide a level of comfort in knowing my sound will never get repetitive from one record to the next.
