Casio unveiled a new model to their G-Shock watches this month. The G-001 seems a little different from the previous models. The exterior looks more futuristic and pack with features.





Available in four different colorways, these should be available now.

This month's introduction include Pepper, Cordillera, Svelte and Calvi.

Julie Christmas - The Bad Wife

Coming this November 9, Brooklyn's hardcore queen Julie Christmas will release her first solo record titled The Bad Wife.

She's known for her intensifying screams and mood-drifting harmonics, performing with bands like Made Out of Babies, Battle of Mice and Spylacopa. Her debut record casts 9 poisonous waves, dangerous as it sounds, blood-pumping beats and deep crunching strings spices up the atmosphere. Great examples we urge you to listen, July 31st and Bow.

The Bad Wife will be available on CD/LP and digital download via Rising Pulse Records.

Röyksopp - Senior

Norweigian electronic music duo Röyksopp unveils Senior, an instrumental album that marks another milestone of their fruitful grooves, unpredictable effects and atmospheric dreams.

In lieu of the release of Senior, the duo have joined forces with Hype Machine and SoundCloud to become the first artist to run a pre-release stream of their album exclusively through Hype Machine. Beginning September 6, fans able to stream Senior for the entire week.

Senior will release on September 13 through Wall of Sound.

Blonde Redhead - Penny Sparkle

NYC-based indie rock trio Blonde Redhead rampaging NYC music scene with a brand new record titled Penny Sparkle. A follow-up album to 2007's release 23, which made quite a good impression in the mainstream industry, having being featured on numerous channels including TV shows and documentaries.

Comprising Japanese beauty Kazu Makino and Italian brothers Amedeo and Simone Pace, the band's upcoming release is scheduled to release on September 14 through 4AD, their third successful album with the label.

Get their limited edition deluxe edition, packaged in a flip top box with the CD inside a linen draw string printed purse and a poster.

Lanvin for H&M

For the past years, we have seen remarkable collaboration from H&M giving their customers a thriving experience shopping their favorite clothes.

This coming Autumn, the Swedes are proud to include Parisian label Lanvin as their next collaborator this year. The collection will be designed by artistic director Alber Elbaz and menswear designer Lucas Ossendrijver.

“H&M approached us to collaborate, and see if we could translate the dream we created at Lanvin to a wider audience, not just a dress for less. I have said in the past that I would never do a mass-market collection, but what intrigued me was the idea of H&M going luxury rather than Lanvin going public. This has been an exceptional exercise, where two companies at opposite poles can work together because we share the same philosophy of bringing joy and beauty to men and women around the world.” Alber Elbaz, artistic director of Lanvin.

Apple Unveils New iPod Line

Apple unveiled the new line of iPod recently - the introduction of revamped designs on their Touch, Nano and Shuffle.

The new iPod Touch features iPhone 4's magical features, specifically the awesome Retina Display, Facetime video conferencing, front facing camera and the iOS 4.1 operating system.

The Shuffle included a voiceover button available in 25 different languages, and of course, not leaving out the newly clickable buttons for easy access. Other remarkable features include the 50% extra battery life.

Lastly, the Nano was given a dashing facelift with a glittering look. Almost half the size and weight of the previous version, extra features include the new touch controls.
