Came across one of the best crossover for the year, also could be considered as one of the gorgeous-looking New Era cap for the year, is the collaboration between artist Slick and the renowned Disney. Featuring two huge prints of Mickey Mouse, and some splatter works all over the cap. Exclusively available in official Disney stores only. If you find this anywhere else aside from Disney dealers, beware of fakes.
Radio Dept uses lots of drum machine and samplers. They sound like 80's electro pop'ish, progressive trance synthesizer, down-tempo guitar plucks, lo-fi stoned vocals. Their last release was Pet Grief in May 2006. Reminiscing the days when New Order was rocking so hard with their Bizarre Love Triangle. You could just use any kind of moves on these music. Jump. Groove. Swing. Cha-cha. Headbang. Laylow.
A preview on a pair of Adidas Decade Low, the multi-colored way. Made available via Overkill.

A magnificent follow-up after their last album, Push the Button. From Block Rockin' Beats to this one, I guess there a some major switch after all these years, so slowly that you wouldn't even realise it.
Here's a brand new pair of Rebel Ape's non-wash selvedge jeans. There are two large orange-colored embroideries on both sides of its back pockets. This is The View's latest single taken from their album Hats Off to the Buskers released early of the year. This song is called Face For The Radio. Good stuff!
A little background on these guys. A four piece indie rock band from Scotland and has been in the scene since 2005, releasing one album as of today. They won a NME Awards "Best New Track" for their first single, Wasted Little DJs.

The trio could be considered as one of the most successful bands in the Australian music history. Daniel Johns lead the band with a very strong comeback with powerful-written songs. Although their image has differ a little, from the grungy long hair look to a whole new laid-back grown up look, their music still has the addiction to keep it playing for the rest of the day, without a stop. Since the very first Frogstomp to Freak Show to Neon Ballroom to Diorama until this new one, they just sound better and better.

One of the top brilliant ad I had seen so far, Adidas did this "Trashcan" ad campaign to boost its promotion further on their new A3 basketball shoes in France. The concept is pretty simple, yet it sure attracts lots of attention with it's so-called basketball 'rims' up above the street poles a couple of metres high, along with a sign below indicating "Boost Your Jump" and the A3 shoes.
Their music were featured in numerous skate videos back at their home ground, and a couple of the band members are skaters sponsored by a local skate shop in Utrecht. For those who will be in Utrecht this coming June 7th, please take a trip to a local skate shop called E-zone, cos' there will be a launch for the shoe, and to make it a meaningful one, the first 50 pairs comes with a limited edition Nike SB C&K shirt. Who knows you might get some free autographed CDs from the group too.
